Q. Can I join any of the events listed on the website?

A. Yes, you will need to sign up for the event date, and make a payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the event.

Q. How long is the body composition test?

A. It takes less than 15 minutes.

Q. What do I need to bring with me on the day of the test?

A. Please bring a swim suit and towel.

​

Q. Can I wear makeup, lotion, or deodorant?

A. We ask that you do not use anything on your skin or hair during your test.

Q. Will I get wet?

A. Yes, you will be submerged into a hydrostatic tank. Please bring a hair cap if you want.

Q. Will there be a place to change?

A. Yes, we have a changing room in our mobile unit. 

​

Q. What kind of chemicals do you use to clean the tank?

A. We use chlorine and a filtration system to clean the tank.

Q. Will the water in the tank be cold?

A. No, the water is comfortable and is kept around 90 degrees while you test.

Q. Is this test safe?

A. Yes, hydrostatic testing is a safe way to test body fat.

​

Q. How long will I be under water for?

A. Approximately 5 seconds.

​

Q. Can I eat before testing?

A. We recommend that you eat 2 hours before testing. 

​

Q. What is the price for the test?

A. For the first test its $55, for the second test its $45, and $90 for a 2 test package.
